MaxEx, Inc is currently seeking to fill an entry level position within our organization. Candidates need to be ambitious, self-motivated, and responsible, as to assume a variety of duties. Candidate will need to possess at minimum the following: a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; the ability to interface both directly as well as indirectly with customers and vendors, providing an above average level of customer service in all work environments; have the availability to travel as well as work nights and weekends when necessary and the ability to meet deadlines and follow up with time sensitive issues.

Duties to include yet not limited to:
• Inventory control of client product and properties
• Company as well as customer service ordering
• Assist in client property preparation for venues
• Onsite assistance with installation and dismantle
• In house fabrication
• Shipping and receiving
• General office responsibilities (phone, maintenance, etc.)
